Dolphin employees from all over the world were asked to attend Investor in Safety workshops to learn about the objectives and practices Dolphin had in place for safety. Covey McCormick followed up these workshops with a series of hard-hitting posters which were displayed offshore to remind employees about taking responsibility for safety.
