Aberdeen-based public relations consultancy Mackenzie PR is linking up with local business Jasmine Holdings to create a new fully integrated corporate communications agency.
The move follows Jasmine's acquisition of a majority stake in creative marketing firm, Covey McCormick, earlier this year.
The new agency will be headed up by Mackenzie PR founder, Morven Mackenzie and will see the company form part of the Jasmine Holdings portfolio of companies.
Covey McCormick chairman Kevin McCormick and managing director Raymond Morrison will form part of the new management team.
Comprising a staff of 24, the new business will operate out of Bon Accord House, Riverside Drive and will offer a wide range of communications-related services including PR, creative marketing, digital and social media consultancy, training and market research.
Former STV presenter, Kirstin Gove will also join the new agency, heading up its training department.
